In 1975, Master Builder, Johnny Lorino, designed and built the 6,200 square foot mansion for his wife, Edith. In 2004, Kevin & Tessie Ashe purchased the estate. After many improvements were completed the estate, Ashelynn Manor, became one of the most serene and beautiful full service venues in the greater Houston area. Luxurious surroundings await you and your guests with marble floors, grandiose columns and a circular staircase with a gorgeous crystal chandelier in the center that boasts a view of the Great Room and the foyer below. From the sunken Jacuzzi tub in the Ashelynn Suite to the grandfather clock in the foyer, no detail has been overlooked. Every room has been decorated to make you and your guests feel right at home.
Vendor Style:
The largest room in the Manor is the Great Room. The towering 30 ft. cathedral ceilings, 18 ft. high windows and antiqued blocked wood paneling in the Great Room will make any intimate gathering very elegant. Next to the Great Room is the wet bar and the Morning Room. The Morning Room also has a lovely display of china and stem ware in the built in cabnets. The windows across the back wall of the Morning Room look out on the back garden where the gazebo weddings are held. It is not uncommon to see the horses grazing under the moss draped oaks in the distance.
